Ronda Huls allegedly lied to the MPCA in order to harass Stewart resident, Delvin Bethke. Bethke has acted as a whistleblower on city corruption for many years, and been retaliated upon many times for his whistleblowing. Bethke has had his tires slashed five times.
Questions have been raised as to whether Ronda Huls has has abused her role as City Clerk, and improperly wielded influence to harass residents.
There are questions as to whether these had anything to do with her firing or quitting.
